The renovation included new change rooms, administrative office, staff area, and new reception area. The new building houses a workshop, storage space with two overhead doors, office, and small retail space. The structure is made up of concrete masonry unit exterior walls with brick veneer and steel joist roof. The ancillary building is located at the back of the site on an existing parking area with a high degree of slope. New planters, and enclosed outdoor storage area with garbage enclosure are included.
Exterior cladding is a combination of stacked and running bond modular masonry and cast stone horizontal banding.
