Urban Mall

The design establishes an urban “frame” into which modular containers are inserted, each serving as retail or office space. These modules are strategically perforated, interconnected, and varied in configuration, producing spatial richness while maintaining a unified, iconic silhouette.

Vehicular traffic continues at street level, while the elevated plaza—reached by protected lifts and escalators—becomes the primary pedestrian domain. Sheltered yet open to the sky and natural airflow, the plaza offers a climate-responsive setting for shopping, gathering, dining, working, and lingering.

In this way, the project creates not only a commercial hub but also a vibrant urban destination, simultaneously structured and flexible, iconic and porous.
