The complex was designed similar to the 505 Academy Road condos in that it was designed as two separate buildings so the development could be phased. The project contains 8 large 2-bedroom units with the primary bedroom on its own level. Each level has space carved out in the middle that serves either as a patio or light well. This provides natural views and light into the units and breaks up the massing of the building to make it more comfortable in the residential The units are stacked in a way that provides for covered balconies. 

Sheltered  would be provided on grade and at the back of the site.
