The study explored how the site’s unique geometry could generate an iconic yet practical building form. Balconies were conceived not as applied elements but as integral geometric projections that extend naturally from the primary volume. The resulting architecture is simple and unadorned, with the building’s geometry serving as both structure and ornament, its form becoming the defining image.
