Corydon Ave. Development

The design addressed this by creating two contrasting volumes. One is transparent, light, and open to the street; the other is solid masonry with carefully placed openings. Together, they establish a dialogue of contrast and balance.

Glazed, coloured brick was used to animate the masonry façade, while the lighter volume mirrored this gesture, reinforcing the relationship between the two. Behind the street-facing forms, a simple industrial structure supports the program without competing for attention.
